Life Skills K-1st: 11:30-12:00
Pre-K/ECSE: 11:50-12:20
2nd Grade: 12:05-12:35
4th Grade: 12:35-1:05
ABU 4th Grade: 12:35-1:05
Life Skills 2nd-4th: 12:35-1:05

Our cafeteria personnel will be glad to assist you and answer questions pertaining to the menu or student accounts. For more information call 951.8873.

Lunch Visitor’s Schedule
[Visitors can begin coming to lunches on Sept. 3rd]

Mondays & Wednesdays:

  • 3rd Grade
  • ABU
  • Pre-K & ECSE
  • 4th Grade
  • Life Skills 2nd-4th

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

  • Kindergarten
  • 1st Grade
  • Life Skills K-1st
  • 2nd Grade

No lunch visitors on Fridays.
Only parents & grandparents (must be in Skyward) will be allowed to eat lunch with their child/grandchild.

Check Out Procedures

If you need to take your child from class for the day:

  • Check in at the office.
  • Sign for your child to be released.
  • Students will be called to the front office.

Lunch Visits

If you would like to visit with your child during his/her lunch:

  • Check in at the office and obtain a visitor’s tag (tag must be  worn while on campus).
  • Meet your child in the cafeteria and have lunch with *ONLY him/her at the reserved table.
    (*This rule allows for a special time with your child and helps with the continuity in the cafeteria)

Student Safety

  • Student drop-off and Parent Pick-up are in front of the building.
  • Please follow the car lines when dropping off or picking up your child.
  • Parents may not park and wait outside for their child. They must go through the queuing lane and drive up.
  • Special buses are a necessary part of our school. Please DO NOT BLOCK OR PARK IN THIS AREA.

 

Teacher Conferences

If you would like to speak with your child's teacher, please send a note or call the office (951.8860).
Please do not attempt to conference during afternoon dismissal. This is a very busy time at Oak Forest as we ensure the safe return of our students.

 

Volunteering at Oak Forest

We have an active and growing Volunteer Program just waiting for you to join. We invite you to join, support and be active in our Parent Teacher Organization. Schools with active PTO's are stronger and provide more opportunities for school and community cooperation.
